Apartments eyed for Licton Springs

SEATTLE — A vacant old four-plex appears to be on the market, and a prospective buyer recently filed plans for a small apartment project at 9400 Stone Ave. N.

Cone Architecture prepared the early three-story proposal for Olsen Anderson. The number of units isn't yet specified. Thirteen surface parking stalls are indicated for the east alley. The plan hasn't yet entered design review.
