SRM opens second building at Gridline, now with 178 units

This view looks south at the newly opened north building.

SRM Development's Gridline, with two apartment buildings on the Pike-Pine corridor, has been opening in phases. The smaller 49-unit west building opened in October. Now the larger 129-unit north building, at 1421 Harvard Ave., has received its temporary certificate of occupancy from the city.
