Amazon equity fund is backing 117 affordable units near Green Lake

A demolition permit came last week for the vacant former Guitar Store corner, a little west of Green Lake at 8300 Aurora Ave. N. Developer Bode secured its master use permit for a five-story, 117-unit apartment proposal almost a year ago. Recent loans, one from Amazon's Housing Equity Fund, indicate a nearing start for the unnamed project.
