U District site could see 35 units

SEATTLE — The owner of an existing rooming house for students, at 5010 15th Ave. N.E., recently filed plans to demolish the heavily modified old house, then put up an apparently five-story building with 32 or 35 SEDUS.

Numbers are in flux, but a 10,824-square-foot project is described, which would require only administrative design review. No parking is included, but tenants would have 32 to 35 bike stalls.
