MUP arrives for 58 Rainier Valley units

This view looks west across Rainier at the project.

Planning for an apartment project at 2007 S. State St. began around eight years ago. And just this week, the city issued a master use permit for the six-story, 58-unit Jabooda Harmony, which was designed by N5 Architecture. Local developer Jabooda will evidently build the Rainier Valley project itself.
