Lakewood land sells for over $3M

LAKEWOOD — An industrial property at 8328 - 8330 S. Tacoma Way sold last month for a little over $3 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was the proprietor of an auto body shop there, who acquired the property in 2010 for $1.2 million.
