Kent industrial sells for over $7M

KENT — An industrial building at 25329 74th Ave. S. has sold for a little over $7.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was EWA Kent 74th Owner LLC, associated with EverWest Advisors of Denver, which acquired the property in 2019 for $4.6 million.
