BofA delivered $7.1B for housing

NEW YORK — Bank of America Community Development Banking (CDB) announced yesterday that it provided $7.1 billion in debt and equity financing last year to help build affordable housing across the United States.

In a press release, the bank said this financing in 2023 helped create and preserve 11,000 housing units for individuals, families, seniors, veterans, the formerly homeless and those with special needs.
