Costco pays nearly $62M for Issaquah offices

Costco’s building is at right; the other two, not part of the deal, are vacant.

The three-building ParQ office park in Issaquah, previously known as 90 East, is now a condominium. Costco occupies all of the north building, at 21930 S.E. 51st St., and last week purchased it from Kennedy Wilson. That deal was worth a little over $61.8 million, according to King County records.
