Lacey warehouses sold for over $9M

LACEY — Local investor and developer Corliss Management Group announced its recent $9.6 million purchase of three warehouses at the Port of Olympia Thurston County.

Corliss said the deal represents its first investment in Thurston County. The seller was the port, which acquired the trio in 2016 for $6.5 million.
