KM finds new co-work tenant for Kelly-Springfield Building

WeWork left in February; the new tenant hopes to open its doors in July.

WeWork went into bankruptcy last year, and swiftly began closing unprofitable locations for its co-work business. Among them was the Kelly-Springfield Building, at 1525 11th Ave. on Capitol Hill. But into that recently vacated space a similar company will step, The Seattle Times reported last week.
