DevCo begins opening 430 Everett units, all affordable, at Four Corners

The five buildings will open in phases through August.

Four Corners was the name of the old shopping center DevCo purchased in 2020, and Four Corners is now the name of its newly opened apartment project at 8102 Evergreen Way.
