Kent assemblage to get 51 apartments

KENT — Between 2015 and 2018, a local investor assembled a three-parcel site at 11701 S.E. Kent Kangley Road (aka Highway 516). That's in the East Hill neighborhood, a little west of Lake Meridian.

With Ronhovde Architects, the owner is now planning a 51-unit apartment project. The city of Kent recently issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the project.
