CollinsWoerman secures design approval for Spokane condo tower

This view looks north at the proposed building. Condos on its south side would face the river.

Over in Spokane, plans for what's currently dubbed Falls Tower, now with 12 stories and 38 condos, go back to 2017 or beyond. Local investor L.B. Stone Properties owns a 2.2-acre site on the north shore of the Spokane River, at 600 N. Lincoln St., immediately north of Anthony's at Spokane Falls. That's near the Kendall Yards neighborhood and Spokane Arena.
