Tarragon pays nearly $10M for more land at SeaPort

Looking southeast, the Building 6 site is the bare, black rectangle at left (north). The Building 7 site is north of that, partly out of frame.

A warehouse development site at 5635 A St. S.E. , now farmland, sold last week for a bit over $9.8 million, according to King County records. The buyer was SeaPort 7 LLC, associated with Investco and sister company Tarragon.
