DCI among new leases for Clise

SEATTLE — It's spring, and there are new leases blooming at Clise Properties' 1700 Seventh Ave. office tower. The firm and its brokers, Jesse Ottele and Cavan O'Keefe at Newmark, have signed a trio of recent leases, they just announced.

DCI Engineers is taking the entire 17th floor, with about 22,000 square feet. The firm expects to make the move in December. Its brokers were Dan Flinn and Jack Story at Flinn Ferguson Cresa.
