Gym claims former Ballard Bartell

SEATTLE — During the long recent run of Bartell closures, the Ballard store at 1500 N.W. Market St. shuttered last summer. Now a new tenant has filed plans to occupy the space: Planet Fitness.

MJM Architects of Nashville initiated the plan on behalf of gym's corporate parent, Ohana Growth Partners. No builder appears to be attached at this time.
