Kidder Mathews finds tenant for Tacoma offices

By JOURNAL STAFF

TACOMA — Kidder Mathews announced that it recently landed a new corporate home for Commencement Bank, which is taking 18,000 square feet, a full floor, at the 1313 Broadway building.

Kidder Mathews' Will Frame, Drew Frame and Ray Schuler represented the tenant. The building owner is X2Capital. The bank will occupy its new space early next year.
