Kent industrial sold for almost $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENT — An industrial property at 19845 78th Ave. S. recently sold for over $7.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Ketcham Lumber, to use its familiar name, which acquired the property in 1997 for $1.9 million. Triway Industries and Eriks are among the recent tenants.
