Airport building sells for $18M

By JOURNAL STAFF

TUKWILA— An aircraft hangar at Boeing Field, at 8900 E. Marginal Way S., recently sold for about $18.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was GDH1 LLC, associated with Columbia Pacific Management, which acquired the building circa 2009 for an unknown amount. It's on a ground lease from the county, which owns the airport.
