15 units to follow Greenwood sale

SEATTLE — Plans emerged about a year ago to raze an old house at 7811 Greenwood Ave. N., then put up a small new apartment building on the midblock property.

The demolition permit came in March, after the $600,000 land sale in February. The seller's broker was John Lough at Windermere Real Estate.
