Daycare building trades for over $7M

EDGEWOOD, Pierce County — A daycare building at 527 Meridian Ave. E. sold last week for about $7.2 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was DDP Edgewood LP, which acquired the land in 2019 for almost $1.9 million, then more recently developed it.
