Lane Powell moving to Second Ave.

SEATTLE — Another large downtown law firm is moving to the Russell Investments Center at 1301 Second Ave. Lane Powell announced this week that it will leave its longtime home at U.S. Bank Center (or Centre, the legacy spelling), where it now has three floors with about 65,000 square feet. Its current lease ends in June of next year, and CBRE is already seeking to fill it.

CBRE also represents 1301 Second. That's where, last fall, Perkins Coie announced it would make its new home, also in 2025, but occupying half the space it now has at 1201 Third Ave.
