SHA pays $27.4M for 98 units

SEATTLE — The Verse Apartments, at 402 22nd Ave. S. , has sold for a bit under $27.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was PUR Welch Plaza LLC, associated with Pacific Urban Investors, which acquired the property in 2014 for about $14.6 million.
