Kent land sells for $3M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENT — A future development site at 22007 116th Ave. S.E. sold for $3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which acquired the 6.3-acre property in 1994 for $400,000. One old house will eventually be removed.
