Ivey offices will become apartments

SEATTLE — It's not a big change at Holland Partner Group's nearly two-year-old Ivey high rise at 2019 Boren Ave., but it's a telling tweak to the original plan.

The 44-story tower opened in late 2022 with 393 apartments over three office floors. CBRE was then tasked with finding tenants for those 55,937 square feet.
