WinCo pays $24M for former Fry's

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — The vacant former Fry's building, at 800 Garden Ave. N. in Renton, has sold for $24 million, according to King County records.

The seller, via an LLC, was Bay West, which acquired the property in 2000 for about $15 million.
