96 Ravenna units earn their MUP

The site is a short walk to University Village.

A few steps northwest of University Village, a 96-unit apartment plan earned its master use permit from the city this week. The four-story project at 5115 24th Ave. N.E. is to replace the vacant old 18-unit Village Green. A demolition permit is also in hand for that.
