Puyallup auto lot trades for $10M

By JOURNAL STAFF

PUYALLUP — An auto sales property at 909 Seventh St. N.W. and related addresses sold for $10 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was EP Realty WA LLC, associated with Sonic Automotive of Charlotte, North Carolina, which acquired the property as part of a larger 2022 deal wroth about $17.5 million.
