Housing Hope plans 167 Lynnwood units on Sound Transit site

Between the two buildings, a creek and wetlands will be restored.

Last summer, Sound Transit issued a request for proposals to develop affordable housing at its Lynnwood City Center Station, which is expected to open this fall.
