Greystar and Provident secure $183M for UW housing

Nordheim Court, near University Village, is one of two complexes to be renovated.

As part of a complex deal with the University of Washington, to own, operate, refresh and add to its off-campus student housing stock, Greystar Real Estate Partners and Provident Resources Group were selected last year following a 2022 request for proposals from the UW and CBRE, its advisor.
