60 Queen Anne units top out near Fremont Bridge

The Millwright development includes a 60-unit housing building and a single-level commercial structure, connected by a new pedestrian alleyway.

A new 69,000-square-foot apartment building has topped out at 318 Nickerson St. near the Fremont Bridge. The highly visible project is taking shape on an irregular almost trapezoid lot at the south portal of the bridge, which for decades was occupied by the now demolished Nickerson Street Saloon.
