Koz opens 168 Capitol Hill units

The project is a short walk uphill to Capitol Hill Station and the Broadway commercial strip.

Derby Capitol Hill is the new name for the apartments that just opened at 123 Bellevue Ave. E. The city issued a temporary certificate of occupancy last week for the eight-story, 168-unit project by Koz Development. The leasing website has been active for several weeks now.
