Following $13M sale, Eastgate motel will flip to apartments

The Bellevue motel, with about 105 rooms, went on the market last year.

A Quality Inn, at 3241 156th Ave. S.E. in the Eastgate area of Bellevue, sold last week for a bit over $13 million, according to King County records. The seller was a local operator/investor who acquired the motel in 2015 for about $10.6 million.
