HealthPoint to build new Tukwila facility

    For a possible Phase II, apartments might one day go north (left) of the clinic.

    HealthPoint, the nonprofit healthcare provider, acquired an old Tukwila strip mall two years ago for almost $3 million. Then, in a previously unreported 2023 land deal, the city sold HealthPoint some vacant land to the north for over $3.8 million. (Update: the county did not record a dollar amount for this sale.)
