Amazon aids in $29M purchase of 68 Bellevue units

Stream made a small profit in the short-hold deal.

In Bellevue, at 211 112th Ave. N.E., the Aventine Apartments have sold for about $29.2 million, according to King County records. The buyer, via an LLC, was the Low Income Housing Institute, which also announced the deal.
