Ivey on Boren trades for $328M

Holland began construction in mid-2019, and the apartments opened about three years later.

Holland Partner Group and frequent partner North America Sekisui House completed the 44-story, 406-unit Ivey on Boren apartments in the fall of 2022. Earlier this week, Sekisui House REIT announced its pending $328 million acquisition of the property at 2019 Boren Ave., which King County recorded on Thursday.
