For $85M, Unico sells Renton building to Alaska Airlines

Alaska intends to invest $100 million in building renovations.

A large building at the former Boeing Longacres property, at 1301 S.W. 16th St. in Renton , sold last week for a little over $85.6 million, according to King County records.
