Belotti McHugh begins work on 24 Capitol Hill units

Building inspector Terracon has begun issuing reports from a construction site at 1410 E. Howell St. on Capitol Hill. That's where an empty old 11-unit building was demolished to make way for a new five-story, 24-unit building. Public47 Architects and builder Belotti McHugh are working with Brocade Investment Group of Bellevue.
