42-story Belltown condo, hotel project still moving

A small terrace is planned atop the old building, to overlook Second.

The vacant and landmarked Terminal Sales Annex sold in late 2016. Plans emerged two years later to embed the little building at 1931 Second Ave. within a high-rise condo/hotel. The city's Landmarks Preservation Board again considered the 42-story plan last Friday. The site is on the corner of Virginia Street, near Pike Place Market.
