Carmel now leasing 227 First Hill units at The Victor

The project, which replaced a parking lot, shares its block with Seattle First Baptist Church.

Acting as its own builder, Carmel Partners began work in the fall of 2021 on what's now the Victor apartments. That eight-story, 227-unit building at 1100 Boylston Ave. received its temporary certificate of occupancy last week, and the leasing website is now live and soliciting tenants.
