Insurer sells its building for $7M

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — A commercial building at 34001 Pacific Hwy. S. in Federal Way sold last week for nearly $7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Progressive Casualty Insurance, which acquired the land in 2005 for over $2.5 million, then developed it.
