MUP arrives for life-science tower

The 1305 Stewart tower is at right in this view, looking west down Denny. (Westbank’s 1200 Stewart apartment project, still under construction, is at left.)

Just before the Memorial Day weekend, architect Perkins&Will secured a master use permit for the life-science tower planned at 1305 Stewart St., that's the triangular site in South Lake Union that most associate with the El Corazon/Funhouse building and some auto shops.
