Italian restaurant to fill Cap Hill void

SEATTLE — Bounty Kitchen closed its doors in December at 550 19th Ave. E. It was the second restaurant tenant there, after original occupant Tallulah's. That was created by famed restaurateur Linda Derschang, who ran it until 2019.

But now, a new local venture called KTP Foods is poised to open a new and unnamed Italian restaurant in the 3,125-square-foot corner space at East Mercer Street.
