275 SLU units sell at nearly 20% loss

SEATTLE — Formerly the Chroma apartments, and more recently dubbed Sentral SLU, that two-building apartment complex sold on Thursday for about $91.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller at 1212 Harrison St. was IRP Chroma Apartments LLC, associated with Iconiq Capital of San Francisco, which acquired the property in mid-2019 for a little over $113.6 million. That represents a loss of nearly 20% over five years.
