Sold for nearly $69M, downtown Hilton to rebrand as Coast

Renovations are planned for next year at the now 54-year-old hotel.

The Hilton Seattle, at 1301 Sixth Ave., sold last week for just over $68.7 million, according to King County records. The county also recorded a substantial personal property deduction of $7.1 million for the furnishings and such.
