Work begins on 74 Delridge units

The project has no parking, but is walkable to the Westwood Village Transit Center.

The groundbreaking ceremony came on Tuesday for Keystone, a 74-unit workforce housing project at 9201 Delridge Way S.W. in West Seattle. The builder, STS Construction Services, is partnering with developer Housing Diversity Corp. on the project. Atelier Drome designed the five-story, 74-unit building, which will rise on the corner of Southwest Barton Street.
