Corliss adds another 120 units at Sunrise

Construction began in the summer of last year; more apartments are also now underway.

South of Puyallup and east of Frederickson is Sunrise, which Corliss Management Group has been developing in phases for decades now. The entire large development, much of it single-family housing, spans over 1,400 acres.
