Kidder Mathews embraces Idaho

Kidder Mathews announced a new office in Boise this month. It's to be led by experienced retail brokers Sherry Schoen and Kasey Smart, who both make the move from Newmark. The 20-year veteran Schoen said in a statement, “I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to help expand Kidder Mathews' presence in the west. I did not take this decision lightly. Kidder Mathews is the perfect fit, and embodies the very best in the industry today.” The firm's CEO, Bill Frame, added, “This strategic expansion highlights our ongoing growth and commitment to new markets.”
