Cordillera Group plans Kirkland condos on former bank site

This view looks southwest toward Lake Street and Moss Bay.

Cordillera Group is based in Kirkland, and downtown Kirkland is where it's planning a 30-unit condominium project at 177 Central Way. That's now a shuttered former US Bank branch near Moss Bay and the shops along Lake Street South. The small building will eventually be razed.
